Kelvin Lim Teck Liang

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

An accomplished business leader, consultant, and coach with over 30 years of executive leadership across multinational corporations, luxury retail, and regional brand management. He has led business transformation, brand revitalisation, and service excellence initiatives across Southeast Asia and Australia, with full P&L accountability and a strong track record in building high-performing teams.

He held senior leadership roles with organisations including The Hour Glass Group, The Swatch Group, Apple, and Virgin Mobile. As a consultant and coach, he specialises in leadership development, service excellence, business transformation, and organisational effectiveness.

He also brings over 40 years of youth leadership experience with the National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC), where he serves as Assistant Commandant. His contributions to youth development and leadership have been recognised with national awards, including the Minister’s National Day Award.
